The third Advisory Panel Meeting took place on December 11, 2025. The presentation slides are below, which outlines the Panel's recommendation for the new Waterdown School boundary:

Engage will be open for feedback on the recommendation until December 19, 2025. The final report and recommendation will be presented at the Finance and Facilities Board Committee meeting on January 13, 2026.
