How did we do?

As we draw the 2024-2025 school year to a close, we are excited to continue building on the work we've done with the Multi-Year Strategic Plan and Board Improvement Plan, which we launched in January 2024. Now, with the school year approaching June, we are eager to engage with you about the work we have done. We gathered your feedback last September and October about our plans for the year and we consulted with you on various issues throughout the year, including our budget and areas of priority. We have implemented strategies to meet our goals and advance our mission, and we want to hear your valuable feedback on this past year. Your insights are crucial as we work together to ensure the success of our students.

In the "Important Links" section, you will find detailed progress reports from March and June that outline everything we did, what we learned from that work and what we see as our next steps. You'll also see data showing our progress.

We value your feedback and want to hear what you think what we can do to bring us closer to our goals moving forward. Please take a moment to share your thoughts in the following areas:

  • How well we are meeting your expectations.
  • Opportunities for improvement.
  • Potential challenges we've overlooked.
  • Suggestions for better community engagement.

How to Participate

Look through our reports in the "Important Links" section. Tell us what you think in the "How are we doing?" tool below. We welcome your feedback, your opinions, your ideas and how we can better keep you updated on our progress.

Your submission is private, not public.

As you know, the work we do is rooted in the mission of our new Multi-Year Strategic Plan:

Every student experiences a sense of belonging and engages in dynamic learning to reach their potential and build their own future.

and guided by our values of Compassion, Dignity, Trust and Joy:

and we have committed to these Board Improvement Plan goals:

  • Increase Literacy achievement for every student
  • Increase Numeracy achievement for every student
  • Improve Preparedness for the Future for every student
  • Improve Engagement for every student
  • Improve Well-Being for every student.

Our Strategic Directions that were developed in consultation with you--our families and communities--shape the work. You told us how we need to do our work and we listened:
